Adopting a cat can be one of the most rewarding life experiences, but before you decide to welcome a cat into your home, please ensure you are ready for the commitment.
Our fully trained volunteers will complete a home check prior to you adopting a cat or kitten, to make sure that the environment is suitable and to assess which cats/kittens would be a good match.

Please be aware that we don’t advertise kittens, but often have many in our care. Contact us and we can let you know about any available or put you on a waiting list, as we often have pregnant mums. Kittens are not rehomed until they are 9 weeks old.
Bella
Age: 5 years
Beautiful Bella is a very confident and curious cat, who has been with us at Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue for a while now and really deserves a loving home. She won't wake you up at silly o'clock for breakfast and will always come to greet you when you come home. Bella is 5 years old and will need a cat-savvy owner who's able to see the signs of when she's had enough playtime, and we feel that she would be happy as the only cat in a home with no other pets or small children. George
Age: 11 years
Gorgeous George is a friendly and chatty boy who's currently with us at Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue He's a sprightly 11 year old black cat, who loves cheek and chin rubs and will show his appreciation with gentle purrs. His favourite things are his chew stick treats and chasing balled paper, as well as his toys. George dislikes being around a lot of noise especially vacuum cleaners so would prefer a quiet and calm home without children or other pets. Rosie and Arthur
Age: 9 years
Super floofy brother and sister Arthur and Rosie are ready for their 'together forever' home. They're currently with us at Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue and at 9 years old are still playful and an affectionate pair. We would love these two to go together to a caring and stable home where they could have access to a safe garden once they've settled. If you can provide a loving home for gorgeous Arthur and Rosie, who will both need daily brushing to keep their fabulous fur tangle-free, please call us on 07425 327772. Juno
Age: 7 years
Handsome 'tuxedo cat' Juno is 7 years old and is currently with us at Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue. His favourite things are catnip, dry cat food, and to sit on your knee and be adored and stroked – although he will let you know when he's had enough attention! Juno has lived with a small dog before so could be rehomed with a calm canine who's already cat-savvy, and we believe he could settle with another laid-back cat, with gentle introductions. He has also lived with children. This gorgeous lad will go to his new home having been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatment. Dior and Luca
Age: 3 years
Meet lovely Dior and Luca, an adorable girl and handsome boy who are looking for their 'forever together' home. Currently with us at Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue, they're both around 3 years old. They're both absolutely gorgeous but are still a little shy and will need someone special who will provide a caring, quiet and stable home for them, without other pets or small or boisterous children. In the past, little Dior has had a skin issue which is now under control with simple regular treatment.
